Hi there! Are you interested in joining my 21 Day Shakeology Challenge, to start FALL off right? Would you like more information? Keep reading, everything you want to know is below.


Summer gets all of the attention. FALL is the season that we begin to relax and prepare for hibernation. But now is NOT the time to leave healthy habits behind! FALL is the beginning of what I call “eating season”, and we need to have all our defenses in place ūüėČ AND! FALL fashion is on its way! Scarves, Skinny Jeans, Booties, & Chunky Sweaters!
This Challenge Group is for those who want to enter the new season on the right foot, and build a solid nutritional foundation to compliment your current exercise program, or before you join October’s fitness challenge!

What is the purpose of a Challenge Group?

My challenge groups provide a place for women who are working toward a common goal to connect with and keep each other motivated, report progress, and encourage action by holding each other accountable to THEIR set goals. Not everyone will have the same exact goals, and that is OK. I will also provide tips, recipes and other resources so that you are better equipped to reach your goals.

What is the purpose of a SHAKEOLOGY only challenge group?

The reason I decided to have a SHAKEOLOGY only challenge, instead of a ShakeO and¬†specific fitness program¬†group (you will be required to exercise at least 30 mins a day, but not a specific program) is¬†so you can build your fitness journeys on a solid foundation, from the inside out. ¬†What I mean is, if your nutrition is on point you have a much better chance of rocking your fitness goals. Exercise vs. Eating?? What you eat will ALWAYS win! It’s the 80/20 rule. By having Shakeology as a part of your daily regimen, your cravings will be under control, you will have increased energy to blast through your workouts and you won’t have to play the yo-yo dieting game!¬†BUT it’s not all about weight loss, I view Shakeology as a HEALTH shake more than anything else and value it for the way it will make you¬†FEEL.

The reasons diets typically fail…

1) You feel deprived 2) You give into cravings 3) You say the heck with it I’ll start over tomorrow and then really blow it. 4) You aren’t seeing results, get discouraged and give up.

A craving is simply your body asking¬†screaming for and demanding the nutrients you aren’t providing it, and for a weight loss¬†to occur there needs to be a calorie deficit. You cut calories AND the vital nutrients right along with them.

By drinking Shakeology every day and building a solid nutritional foundation you will be able to cut calories, lose weight and KEEP it off!

Why 21 days?

Well they say it takes 21 days to form a new habit! Also, I feel in order to really FEEL and SEE the benefits of Shakeology we need to give it a chance to work on a cellular level. Although many people say that you should feel the benefits after 7 days. Lastly, when I first tried Shakeology I wasn’t so sure about the taste. BUT after a few days and a few tweaks I began to really enjoy it AND look forward to my chocolate breakfast!

To me 21 days seems like the perfect amount of time to get a real feel for it.

What’s required of YOU During the challenge?

You will be asked to:

  • Replace one meal a day with Shakeology
  • Aim for at least¬†30 minutes of exercise¬†each day
  • Eat clean/healthfully 90% of the time
  • Drink at least 64¬†oz of water per day
  • ENGAGE in our group daily, encourage and support
