The purpose of this video is to let moms that are suffering from postpartum depression (or ANY maternal mental health illness) know that she CAN get BACK to who she was. I know that when I was in the thick of it, it felt like there was no hope; like I would never be the same. This inspires and evokes hope. ONE week until we climb!
